About Me
Hey guys! My name is Sasha, and I wanted to share a few unique things about myself. I am a Baton Rouge transplant from Los Angeles. Iβve been here for 19 years, and the South is my absolute favorite of all the places I have lived.
I've got a 16-year-old boy named Gavin and an affinity for travel and fresh flowers.
I have been fortunate enough to have found my passion in photography. I am dedicated to documenting organic and authentic images. I stretch myself each day to provide the best quality imagery I can. Photography allows me to shift the narrative in a small way, and I am thankful for the creative outlet.

What should I expect? So you booked your portrait session! Now what? Don't worry. I am here to guide you through the entire process from start to finish. Prior to your session we will have a phone or email consultation to workout the details and to ensure all of your questions have been answered.
What's the best time of day to take photos? It depends on your This depends on the type of session you are booking. For outdoors, the 1-2 hours before the sun sets is the best time to shoot. You get the most amazing warm, glowing light during this time. This time may vary at different parts of the year. Indoors we are fortunate enough to be able to work any time of the day.
How long will the session last? Session times vary, but an average session lasts anywhere between 1 and 1.5 hours.
What happens if I need to reschedule? Just call me! Rescheduling will be for the next available date. Please keep in mind that availability is limited, so the next available date may not be for a few weeks or longer.
Why is my retainer non-refundable? Once a date is reserved it can no longer be used for another client, therefore retainers are non-refundable. Retainers are transferable for up to 90 days.
What forms of payment do you accept? Currently, I accept cash & major credit cards. Checks may be accepted from established clients and corporate clients.
What happens if it rains or the weather doesn't cooperate? Weather plays an important role in natural light/outdoor photography. Unfortunately, I have little control over the weather, if we happen to get rained out we will reschedule for the next available date. If I forsee inclement weather I will email you as soon as possible to reschedule.
Where will we take our photos? I have my favorite spots around the Baton Rouge area to choose from, however I am always up for trying new locations if you have suggestions.. Travel to New Orleans may be arranged for a fee.
Do you have a studio? I do have a studio located in Central, LA. The address is 14330 Wax Rd Suite 102 Baton Rouge, LA 70818.
How do I use my print credit? If you purchased a package that includes print credits, I will provide you with a coupon code to use when you receive your final gallery. No gallery wraps, announcements or flat cards can be ordered using print credits. These must be purchased separately. Sizes 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, 11x14 may be ordered using print credits. Should you go over the allotted print credit amount I will send you an invoice for the difference.
